●     General use

Router bit is a kind of diamond edge-grinding wheel for hand grinding machine. There is an orientation axletree with the type is 6000Z in the middle or at the underside of the router wheel. Outer circle of the axletree is a steel circle(radius mm.20) to bar the router wheel during the process of grinding stone edge for machining needed profile along the appointed outline that can be processed by CNC machine tool or by manual work according to the lineation. Router bit is widely used in the process of stone furniture profile and counter’s table-board profile.

 Usually, router bit is used on dynamoelectric and pneumatic grinding machine. It is connected with machine through the shank(radius mm.5). and water is immitted from pipe for cooling and discharging.

 Process procedure: the operator fix the router bit on the grinding machine, then put certain pressure to the process direction on the machine, at the same time, immitting water continuously. The type of #30 is for molding, and the following wheels are used for the afterwards procedure in turn.
